A native, multi trunk, deciduous small tree, or large shrub with snow white 1 inch bellshaped blooms. Blooming in early spring before the tree set it’s leaves. Best grown under large canopy of deciduous trees like oaks, maple, beech or poplar to provide shade needed from hot summer sunshine. The fruit is sour green, 2 inch long with corky wings and is relish by the wildlife. If you have a good moist shaded area the Two Winged Silverbell will make a beautiful addition to your garden.
