We are a small on line nursery with the goal of providing quality plants at affordable prices. In the event that a problem with any of our products should occur, then whenever reasonable, we will assure our customers with a 100% guarantee of satisfaction by refunding their money. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem. We cannot be responsible for horticultural failures, once the plant/plants are in your care.
Refund & Replacement
We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy upon delivery, but cannot be responsible for horticultural failures, once the plant is in your care. If a plant arrives in poor condition, and we are notified within 3 working days of shipping, then we will replace your plant. Varieties sold are replaced with the same variety, when available. If that variety is out of stock, then a substitute may be offered, or a credit will be given... Replacements are shipped at our cost. A plant will be replaced, or credited only once. Under most any circumstances, our liability for plant loss is limited to the cost of the plant.
We currently ship via the USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex. Plants are shipped with container or grow bag, moistened and wrapped-carefully, to insure safe arrival during transit.
Special Care Instructions
Unpack the plants, and remove any packing material. Place the plants in a shady spot, and water them thoroughly. They should perk up overnight, if looking wilted. Let them catch their breath for 2-3 days, and then plant them in the ground, again watering thoroughly. Plants can actually be maintained in containers for several days, by just keeping them moist and in dappled-light.
We are only human and mistakes may happen, but, if we make any mistakes to do with your purchase, then we will correct the error within 15 days, if at all possible...
If for any reason that we are unable to fill your order after you have made payment, then we will refund the payment in full within 15 days.
